How I Work

I believe that everyone has the potential to heal themselves and find fulfilment in their lives.  My aim is to guide you through this process and help you grow the inner resources you need.

I offer short and long-term therapy for adults, young people and children over 10 years. Younger children may be considered after an initial consultation.

There is the option of including my therapy dog within the sessions. This can be discussed and incorporated at any point.

Sessions are held at my therapy room in Far Headingley, Leeds, LS6. Each session lasts 50 minutes and costs £45.

My Approach

I am trained in a number of therapeutic approaches which I tailor to each client’s individual problems, needs and characteristics. Everyone is different, so expecting someone to fit into one method of therapy is for me, too restrictive.

What is common to my approach is that we will work together. Therapy is not something that is done to you. We will look at what is troubling or restricting you, what you want from therapy, how your life would look if you were living it the way you wanted to, and what can realistically change to make this happen. I will respect your pace and the direction you wish to go in.
